30-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to love your Splurge goggles. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Simply email us at thesplurgegoggles@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps and your return shipping label.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Return Process

2. We'll review and approve your return request
3. Receive a prepaid return shipping label from us
4. Ship your item back to the address provided on the label
5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Important: Items received without a prior return authorization will not be accepted. Always reach out first.

Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified of approval status within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the credit.

Items We Cannot Accept

The following items cannot be returned:
- Damaged or heavily used products
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective product? Contact us immediately at thesplurgegoggles@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away, no questions asked.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different size or style is to return your item first, then place a new order. Once we approve your return, you can purchase the replacement item immediately. This ensures you get exactly what you want without waiting.

European Union Customers

If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification required. The same return conditions apply: items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
